Directions: Bomb grilled corn

  1. Peel the husks back on the corn without pulling them off, and remove the stringy hairs.

  4. Grill on medium-ish for 15 minutes.

Ingredients: Dad's grilled potatoes

  • Baby red potatoes (the smaller the better IMO)
  • Lawry’s seasoning salt
  • Cracked pepper
  • Avocado spray oil
  • A few good chunks of butter
  • Tin foil

Directions: Dad's grilled potatoes

  1. Wash and quarter the potatoes, then spray them with oil.
  2. Season with cracked pepper, and cover generously with Lawry’s seasoning.
  3. Tear a sheet of tin foil and spray it with oil.
  4. Put the potatoes in the center of the tin foil, add some globs of butter, and seal it up.
  5. Place it on the grill, medium-ish heat, and cook for 35-45 minutes. It’s done when the bottoms are burnt and delicious.

And now I need to know… is the obsession with Lawry’s a Wisconsin thing? Or does everyone agree that grilling season means Lawry’s?
