Chicken Parmesan Bake

Reheat from frozen: Preheat oven to 375, bake for 1 hour or until sauce is bubbling and chicken reaches 165 internal temperature.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg chicken breasts
- 1/2 jar traditional italian sauce
- 1.5 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c panko breadcrumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Halve chicken breasts horizontally and lay cut-side down on greased 9×13 baking pan
- Pour 1/2 jar of italian sauce over chicken breasts, making sure they’re covered (use extra sauce if needed)
- Sprinkle cheese over sauce evenly
- Top with panko breadcrumbs
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 degrees
