Chicken Parmesan Bake

Chicken Parmesan Bake

Reheat from frozen: Preheat oven to 375, bake for 1 hour or until sauce is bubbling and chicken reaches 165 internal temperature.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chicken breasts
  • 1/2 jar traditional italian sauce
  • 1.5 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c panko breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Halve chicken breasts horizontally and lay cut-side down on greased 9×13 baking pan
  3. Pour 1/2 jar of italian sauce over chicken breasts, making sure they’re covered (use extra sauce if needed)
  4. Sprinkle cheese over sauce evenly
  5. Top with panko breadcrumbs
  6. Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 degrees
