This pepperoni lasagna recipe is the perfect weeknight dinner.. plus it’s picky-eater-approved! It’s super easy to whip together also. And it’s a fun twist on a classic lasagna that will make your kids eager to try it (even if they usually aren’t lasagna fans.. ask me how I know!)

This Pepperoni Lasagna recipe is a classic Kraft recipe adaptation. As a matter of fact, aren’t all recipes adaptations? Does anyone ever really just come up with a recipe from scratch without it being something they first tried or heard about somewhere else first…? This is a recipe rabbit hole for me! Certainly I can’t be the only one.
Let me know in the comments if you give this a try, or if you adapt it to your own taste, too!
