This ham and egg bake breakfast dish is perfect for a crowd or busy weekend. Plenty of servings ensure you will have some to store for later. This recipe takes out the vegetables that usually cause a kid or two to turn up a nose and replaces the flavor with cream cheese, making everyone in the family happy! Even for a large crowd, you can be sure that everyone will enjoy a piece.

Ham and Egg Bake

This meal is great for serving to a crowd!
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/4 c chive and onion cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz cubed ham
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh chives, to garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat eggs, milk, and cream cheese with a mixer for two minutes (or until blended)
- Add ham and cheddar and mix in
- Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake 45-55 minutes (until set)
- Top with fresh, chopped chives and serve
