Perfect for those nights when you have a lot going on or simply don’t have anything prepared, this recipe is ready in 30 minutes and the whole family is sure to love it! How can you beat that??

Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 1-lb pork tenderloins
- 1 can pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 450.
- Trim the pork tenderloin by removing the silverskin and slicing into 2 inch medallions, chill.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients
- Add pork medallions to marinade and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Place pork on a greased tray in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Once pork reaches the internal temp of 145, remove from air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes.
