These ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich pull aparts are so delicious and simple. They serve a crowd by cooking directly with attached Hawaiian rolls. Get ready for compliments on this one!

Ham, Egg, and Cheese Pull Aparts

This meal is great for serving to a crowd!
Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 5 slices of sliced ham
- 12 Hawaiian rolls, halved
- 8 eggs, scrambled
- 2 tsp pepper
- 6 milk cheddar cheese slices
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Scramble eggs in a frying pan over medium-high heat, seasoning with pepper until barely done
- Slice rolls through the center and lay bottoms onto parchment paper inside of 9×13 baking pan
- Layer cheese slices, scrambled eggs, and sliced ham to cover entire surface of the rolls
- Top with sliced tops of rolls
- Coat melted butter on top of rolls
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and use a spatula to cut around sandwiches to serve.
