Pickle Poppers

These pickle poppers are SO good and SO easy to make! They’re the perfect appetizer, snack, or football food.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c Crystal Farms Dill Pickle Seasoned Shreds
  • 1/4 c whipped cream cheese
  • 3 dill pickles, halved
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • Barbecue rub

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix whipped cream cheese and dill pickle shreds.
  2. Slice dill pickles in half and scoop out the inside.
  3. Fill the hollow part of the pickles with the cream cheese mixture and wrap the pickles in bacon.
  4. Coat the bacon wrapped pickles in your favorite barbecue rub and place them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
