Crispy Ranch Potato Skins

When I say you’ve never had a more delicious appetizer, I mean it. These potato skins are perfect for a snack, appetizer, or football food. You’ve never cooked a potato in less time and effort that tastes THIS good!

Crispy Ranch Potato Skins

Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Zesty ranch seasoned shreds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Potato toppings (onions, bacon, sour cream)

Directions

  1. Halve and hollow out the potatoes.
  2. Season the hollow side of the potatoes with salt and pepper and lightly drizzle oil over them.
  3. On parchment paper, stack dabs of butter with ranch seasoned shreds.
  4. Place potatoes on butter and cheese stacks, hollow side down, and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Add your favorite potato toppings and enjoy!
