When I say you’ve never had a more delicious appetizer, I mean it. These potato skins are perfect for a snack, appetizer, or football food. You’ve never cooked a potato in less time and effort that tastes THIS good!
Crispy Ranch Potato Skins

Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Zesty ranch seasoned shreds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Potato toppings (onions, bacon, sour cream)
Directions
- Halve and hollow out the potatoes.
- Season the hollow side of the potatoes with salt and pepper and lightly drizzle oil over them.
- On parchment paper, stack dabs of butter with ranch seasoned shreds.
- Place potatoes on butter and cheese stacks, hollow side down, and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
- Add your favorite potato toppings and enjoy!
