Ingredients: Whipped cream

  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a cold mixing bowl.

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium high heat until steaming and small bubbles form around the edge (do not let the milk boil!).
  2. Add the chocolate chips, stirring occasionally with a whisk until smooth and melted, around 3-5 minutes. Then add any mix-ins or additional flavors and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into two mugs. Top with whipped cream and garnish.

  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chip

  • 2 c whole milk
  • 3 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg to garnish

Ingredients: Classic (milk chocolate) hot chocolate

  • 2 c whole milk
  • 1/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Splash of vanilla extract optional
