Hot Chocolate Flight

Ingredients: Whipped cream
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Mix all ingredients together in a cold mixing bowl.

- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium high heat until steaming and small bubbles form around the edge (do not let the milk boil!).
- Add the chocolate chips, stirring occasionally with a whisk until smooth and melted, around 3-5 minutes. Then add any mix-ins or additional flavors and stir until fully incorporated.
- Remove from heat and pour into two mugs. Top with whipped cream and garnish.
