Packing for a trip can be a daunting task in itself. And packing for kids can heighten that stress.
We recently traveled across the country with our four kids for a wedding, so it was important that each kid had the appropriate outfits. But it’s nearly inevitable for me to forget an essential piece of an outfit. At least one kid is missing shoes, a belt, a jacket, or a bow. Or when it comes time to helping the kids get dressed, the clothes are all mixed together in their suitcases and it’s impossible to find the matching pieces. But this hack has saved me from any additional stress and I use it every time I pack their clothes now.

- Layout a complete outfit for every day of the trip, including accessories or essentials.
- Place each outfit in it’s own baggie or container.
- Remove as much air as possible to condense the baggies and save space.
- Pack in their bag or suitcase.
The first time I used this hack, I was in a rush and just used Ziploc bags. However, I recommend getting reusable bags or travel containers if you plan to pack this way frequently. This organizer is perfect for infants or toddlers, but you may have to size up for older kiddos.
