Whenever it’s windy or cold, I want soup. And this seven can tortilla soup is not only RIDICULOUSLY EASY, but it’s got the right amount of kick.

Seven Can Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can cubed chicken breast
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 can sweet corn (drained)
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1 pack of taco seasoning
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Tortilla strips and shredded cheddar cheese to top
Directions
- Dump ingredients into the slow cooker for ~2-3 hours and enjoy!
