Seven Can Tortilla Soup

Whenever it’s windy or cold, I want soup. And this seven can tortilla soup is not only RIDICULOUSLY EASY, but it’s got the right amount of kick.

Seven Can Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can cubed chicken breast
  • 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 can sweet corn (drained)
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 pack of taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Tortilla strips and shredded cheddar cheese to top

Directions

  1. Dump ingredients into the slow cooker for ~2-3 hours and enjoy!
